WE, LATELY, HAVE CUSTOMERS SENDING RETURN GOODS BACK TO THESE WAREHOUSES, AND IF THAT HAPPENS, THERE COULD BE A CHANCE THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT FROM US!
The reason is that all returns must come back to our corporate office, which handles all returns, and the address is below.
If they return to the warehouse and we get notified about the return, it has to be shipped to our corporate office and inspected if they have not been worn outside and the inserts are with the shoes. This is a 4 to 5-week delay in issuing you a credit!
We do not issue credit without the original shoe box, all the inserts, and no wear or tear on the bottom of the shoe!

That is Priority Mail and does not ship with a shipping box ( not the shoe box- that has to be returned with the shoes) instead wrapped in shipping paper, and that will be the cheapest way to send it back to us!! Note, you can ship dealing with a shipping box, especially if the shoes came in a shipping box, but Priority mail measures the box, and that means more added space your charge for.
UPS and FedEx: It has been our experience that if you don’t have a contract with them, you will pay a lot more in shipping versus USPS.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds for returned shoes will be issued within one to two weeks of receipt of shoes. We do not refund the shipping costs. Please note: After your credit is processed, it may take an additional week for the funds to show in your account. Most banks take approximately a week to transfer funds on credit.
Our Return Policy on Shoes
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you need to return your order, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. A full refund will be given if the shoes do not show signs on the bottom of being worn and do not have scuff effects on the bottoms.
NOTE: ANY SHOE WORN OUTSIDE OR SHOWS ANY SCUFF MARKS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE SHOE OR TOP WILL NOT BE ISSUED A CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.
For DT Footwear to refund the full cost of a returned shoe with additional charges, some basic requirements must be met:
THE ADDED INSERTS HAVE TO BE RETURNED AS WELL, AND IF NOT, THEY WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR CREDIT OF $80.00 A PAIR
All shoes must be in their original, unworn condition. Please try on your shoes on the carpeting to prevent scuffing.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and must be placed inside a packing box to avoid damage to the shoes and shoebox, and include all inserts in the box as well.
If these requirements are not met, there will be a deduction from the refund.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the issuance of the invoice.
Please provide a written statement of your reason for the return.

If you are unhappy and/or satisfied with your purchase(s), you may return your purchased item(s) in exchange for a different size, width, color, or other styles. Ensure your return item(s) meet the “Return Policy” requirements. If you need an exchange – then send the packing slip back and tell us what style, size, and color you want to exchange for?
Make sure you tell us what size and width and style you want to exchange for, and the shipping back to you, we will be responsible for the shipping again.
