DT Footwear Return Policy

Thank you for choosing DT Footwear for your footwear needs. We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is smooth and satisfactory. Please take note of the following return policy guidelines to facilitate a hassle-free return or exchange process:

  • Please Do Not Return Shoe To Warehouse:
    We have ten warehouses across the United State, each will include a packing slip inside the shipping box. Please do not send the returned goods directly to the warehouses to ensure a successful return. All returns must be returned to our corporate office, which handles all return matters. The address for returns is provided below. ⬇️
  • Return Process and Inspection:
    Upon receiving the returned merchandise at our corporate office, we will inspect the shoes to confirm they have not been worn outside and that the inserts are included. This thorough inspection takes approximately 2 weeks, resulting in a delay in credit issuing.

    1. Return product with 45-days of purchase.
    2. Include the original shoe box and all inserts with the returned shoes. Inserts are FREE if you keep the shoes!
    3. Ensure the shoes show no signs of wear or tear on the bottom.
    4. Do not expect a credit or exchange if the shoes have been worn outside or have scuff marks. Or, a full credit without the added inserts.Return Requirements:
      For a successful return and full credit, please adhere to the following requirements:
  • Return Labels and Shipping Costs:
    We do not provide return labels or cover the cost of returned merchandise due to the complimentary 1 to 3 sets of inserts provided with many shoe purchases (depending on manufacture). These inserts are valued between $80.00 and $240.00 (depending on the model) and are yours if you keep the shoes.
  • Optimal Return Shipping Method:
    • To minimize return shipping costs, we recommend using Priority Mail.
    • Place shoe box in another box or wrap the shoes securely in shipping paper, ensuring the original shoe box is not damaged.
    • Priority Mail is typically more cost-effective than other carriers like UPS or FedEx.
  • Refund Processing Time:
    Upon receipt of the returned shoes, we will process your refund within one to two weeks. Please be aware that shipping return costs are non-refundable. As banking processes vary, the funds may take another week to reflect in your account.
  • Exchange Process:
    If you wish to exchange your purchased item(s) for a different size, width, color, or style, please follow these steps:

    • Package the shoes in the original shipping box and provide a written reason for the exchange.
    • Include the packing slip and specify the desired size, width, color, or style for the exchange.
  • Special Orders: Some of our shoes are available in non-stocked sizes and are classified as Special Orders, marked on the product page. These shoes are exclusively crafted upon receiving your order and involve a meticulous production process. As such, please be aware of the following details before placing an order for Special Order shoes:
    • Production Time: Special Order shoes require a production time of 8 to 10 weeks. The shipping duration may be extended for international orders outside the United States. Please consider this timeline when making your purchase.
    • Special Note: Chinese New Year usually falls between January 21 and February 20. Durnig this time factories are closed for 30-day which will cause delays for any special order products.
    • No Returns or Refunds: Due to the custom-made nature of Special Order shoes, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or process refunds for these items. Each pair is skillfully handcrafted according to your specifications, making them uniquely yours.
