Well, Ron will help you find this perfect fit and it can the first time out the gate or second effort to make where it works (whatever it takes)

Here’s an example of Ron’s effort in dealing with a lady looking for a pair of shoes for her brother:

Teresita Narvasa
Hello, this is the size I wanted to buy for my brother 8.5  super extra wide 9e.  504 C Charcot boot tie. Is this correct? But this is the measurement we did.   My brother has minimal swelling on his feet.

Any suggestions before I order.  Thanks

Hi Teresita,
With your brother’s measurements, he is a 9  (10″ measurement ) in length and with 5″ width he  a 14E width
Now here’s what can do:
Ist, you want the 504 but not the 504 C (that for a person that has a charcot foot), and this is not the case of your brother because he had a charcot foot that would be in the conversation now.
Here’s an explanation of charcot by viewing the video:
3rd, is that the 504 does not come in a 14E width and if your not willing to try step 2 first – then we can go to a 504 and put him in a 10  9E to see if that will fit and this can be returned or exchange because it is a stock shoe that we have in our 5 warehouses. There are only 1/16 ” difference between half sizes ( when dealing with our footwear), and we are putting you brother in a 2/16′ length longer and will give him more ball width and should be wide enough for him.
If you agree with number 3 then go ahead and order the shoe, and he’ll receive the boot and three pairs of Heat Moldable Customized Inserts that will make a world of differences – Oh Yes, these Inserts are free,
If you want to start with step 2 – then go ahead and order the 728 E in a 9 14E width and we can work from there- in the future
I hope this helps.
Thank you,

Health is the number one priority for any person but especially for a person who has diabetes. Intake of proper foods creates better weight control and helps control diabetes. We also want to create the appropriate health for your feet, and that done with proper footwear and proper inserts. The following information you’ll be reading is what is necessary to attain perfect health for your feet.

Please allow us to get you fitted with the proper footwear and hopefully, with our help, you will be working your way to success in keeping the disease out of your feet. We, at DTF Co, can show you the proper footwear and the need to have the proper inserts to keep this diabetes out of your feet. Footwear can be fashionable (and we have that), but the ultimate purpose of the shoe is to control upper support and off-load any problems that you have on the top of your foot. If you are experiencing issues with the bottom of your feet, then it is the job of a proper, removable insert to correct them. Many people believe it is the shoe that solves all, or most, of the problems for people with diabetes or people with significant foot problems, but that is not always the case. Off-loading requires three elements; corrections, added support and developing added circulation, to keep this disease out of your feet. Shoes for diabetics should not have inside seams to create irritation.

First of all, the proper shoes need to be a Therapeutic/Comfort (please!) not Comfort shoes (which many diabetic suppliers furnish in this business today). Secondly, Customized Heat Moldable Plastazote Inserts are necessary. Besides great support, the other advantages of added off-loading will help you develop better balance for walking or running, and the 2% increase in temperature of the bottom of your feet will aid in developing better circulation to keep the disease out of your feet. Think of the added pleasures and advantages in just one item. And, oh yes, these inserts are provided FREE by us when you purchase a pair of shoes – unbelievable!!!!

Please take this blog seriously because if you were to spend a day with us, you would learn about the types of complications that develop from not wearing proper footwear and inserts. By not taking care of your feet. You will then understand the importance of a proper Diet and the proper footwear to keep your feet healthy at all times.

We have a saying in our company “try our two items and experience walking on a pillow with more added support than you have ever experienced.

I hope this blog lets your understanding own is behind this website and understanding my sincerity, effort, drive, enthusiasm in you all received the best footwear out there that the internet has to offer. We will be around to help you!

God Bless You All,
