Here is an email we just received this morning and I want you all to view how we communicate with individuals that need help in determining their size and width. What is great about our site is that 85 percent of our business is normal sizes and widths but we have the advantage to work with people that need Narrow Widths 4A, 2A (for Women) and B Narrow for Men and Extra Extra Wide widths 9E, 10E, 14E for Men and Women

Message: I wish I had discovered your website long ago, as I believe you can help me find shoes that fit. I am diabetic with foot edema, especially in my right foot. At present, the only shoe I can wear is the Drew (deep bed -casual athletic) in a size 14, -6E width. I can hardly get my right foot in the shoes and of course, they do not fit properly as I have a high instep. I viewed your sizing video, and have my left foot at 11″ long & 5 1/4″ across; the right foot is `11 1/2″ long and 6 3/4″ across (as per your video instructions). In the measurements section, I saw two measurements, -ball girth and instep girth. How is that measured? Whatever information you can provide, would get me on my way to a few of pairs of shoes that would actually fit. I assume that special ordering would be necessary and would like to know if I am limited to specific styles. I am in interested in a casual, athletic style as well as a men’s comfort or oxford black style. Kind Regards, Scott Little

Hi Scott,

We’ll have no problem fitting you and it will be a shoe we have in stock or if happens to be out of stock we can order form our factory-direct.

Now, first we have to fit the larger foot and 11 1/2 inches is 13 plus or a 14 in length. 6 3/4 is (10E or 14E width) off the charts in widths but we have your width for you

The first shoe I want to purchase is the 728E BK in a 14 10E width and with the 3 sets of Heat Moldable Customized Inserts ( that comes Free a $240.00 gift to you) and you have to have these being your are diabetic and we need to create better circulation to your feet to help control and decrease the edema

Once we know the size and fit is great for the right foot and (we can put fillers in on the left to make that fit perfect- if needed) than we can go to a dressy oxford – like 801, 502 and etc and then an athletic footwear eg 9702 L but they only go to a 9E as the widest width. So there is only a 1/16 inches difference between a 14 to 15 and we might have to go a 15 9E but will wait and talk about that once I know a 14 10E fits you. Now if I have to go to a 14E width we can and we have two styles to choose from in the Men’s (Extra Extra Wide Width section in the Men’s Menu) to view the styles 728E and 502X and 502E

All so if you can text me a picture of your let and right foot ( without socks) this will help a great deal of me knowing your feet 909 215 1622

Any questions you can call me as well,

Sorry, for all the questions but we only have to do this once and I want a perfect fit for you

Thank you,

Remember 85 percent of our business is dealing with regular sizes but what makes us unique in the internet world is our added widths Narrow’s 4A, 2A (for Ladies) B (Narrow) for Men to our extra -extra width widths of 9e 10e 14e for Men and Women. Then add those (1 to 3 sets) of FREE Heat Moldable Customize Inserts that makes our fit and support out of this world

Again, not too many, if any websites on the internet, carry the selection of widths that we offer Men and Women! That is 4A (8 styles of Slender for Women) 2A (43 styles and this is Narrow for Women), B (Narrow width for Men-8 styles to choose.   B is also a Medium Width for Women). Then D, 2E, 3E, 4E, 5E, 6E, 7E, 9E, 10E and 14E widths for Men and Women

Now, different insight to our Heat Moldable Customized Inserts. When we can get you in the proper footwear, and hopefully you’ll allow these two items to be part of your new lifestyle, then these items will be working towards this success of keeping the disease out of your feet. We, at, can show you the proper footwear and the need to have the adequate inserts to keep any diabetes or edema (swelling) of aches and pain out of your feet. Footwear as to have fashion (that we have) but the shoe is to control upper support and off-load any problems that you have on the top of your foot. Now, if you have issues, on the bottom of your feet, then it is the job of the proper removable inserts to correct these problems. Everybody feels that it is the shoe that solves all of the issues for a person with diabetes or a person who has significant foot problems or needs more added support daily and that is not true. It takes two majors elements to off-loading, corrections, significant added support and develops combined circulation, that is a proper fitting and supporting shoe and those unbelievable heat moldable customized inserts. BOTH combinations are WHAT CREATES THE MAXIMUM SUPPORT AND BALANCE FOR YOUR FEET!
