Strengthen Your Feet & Prevent Common Injuries With These Foot Exercises.

I tried all the exercises and the resisted toe extension was hard! Strengthen those feet and have the proper footwear, during the day, to protect them, support, balance, have the fullness comfort, and have happy feet all day long.

Can happy feet be created by extra wide running shoes? Yep, especially if you’re a runner!

Did you know that approximately 75% of Americans have experienced foot pain?

Even those of us who are very health conscious can forget to give our feet the attention they deserve.

Often, feet are ignored until they start to cause pain or discomfort.

As most of us know, wearing properly fitted and supportive footwear is crucial for keeping your feet feeling great.

However, there are also some simple exercises and stretches you can do to help keep your feet healthy & strong while preventing common foot pain.

Toe grip

Drop a pencil on the floor and use your toes to grip and lift it off the floor.

Hold the grip for 10 seconds and release.

Repeat the exercise five times with each foot.

Toe presses

Stand with feet hip-width apart and grip the floor with your toes for 20 seconds and relax.

Repeat 10 times.

Resisted toe extension

Wrap an elastic band around all five toes.

Stretch your pinky and big toes in opposite directions as far as you are able, resisting the pressure of the elastic band.

Hold the extension for 5 seconds and release.

Repeat the exercise 5 times with each foot.

Calf stretch

Sit with one leg straight out in front of you and the other bent comfortably inward towards your body.

Wrap a towel or exercise band around the ball of the extended foot and pull back on it gently.

Stop and hold the position for 10 seconds when you feel a challenging but still comfortable stretch in the arch of the foot and the calf.

Repeat the stretch 5 times on each leg.

Take a walk!

Walking is the best exercise for your feet as it promotes healthy blood circulation and muscle development.

Aim to take several short walking breaks throughout the day and go barefoot whenever possible to target the smaller muscles in your feet that are confined in your shoes all day.

Include these simple exercises along with healthy footwear providing proper arch support, cushioning, & alignment in your daily routine to recover or maintain your optimum foot health.

A question I get a great deal is, “do you only sell your products to individuals that have some form of foot problems?

No, 80 percent of our business is normal or regular sizes, and most of these individuals’- their feet are not in much or no pain at all.

Now, a great deal comes to us because they have tired feet all the time, or the bottom of their feet are driving them crazy ( aching all the time), or they want preventive protection that they will no have any foot problems in the future.

The reason for tired or hurting the top’s of your feet is “poor-fitting shoes”.

Solution is

The reason for a feet being tired or hurting on the bottom is lack of support in the shoe that you are wearing now.

The solution is Heat Moldable Customized Inserts

Just received my 8th call this week seeking a 9E width for men and being that their 6E is just too tight.

The company that they have been getting there 6E has changed the style ( created a tighter fit) or drop the size altogether.

Go, and view the vast selection of 9E widths that we have to offer:

Here the latest testimonial that always makes me feel proud:

Here’s my first reply to her

“Yes, we ship to Canada, and I need (first) the measurement of your father length in inches and width by inches and go to and follow the video and fill out the form and email it to me.

Now go to and go to the first style of this page 728E ( I suggest this style) and this is perfect for any edema and will adjust to any swelling or ankle discomforted as well.

If he has significant swelling can you please measure the whole ball width ( a complete circle) and enter that information on the form.

Also, text me a picture of his left and right foot- especially if he has swelling (edema) in the instep or ankle.”

Thank You so much! I am soo excited that I was able to find footwear for him…

I can’t get over the fantastic service. If I ever meet anyone in the same predicament as me, I will let them know about your company.

I need to talk to the men out there. Is your 6E hurting your feet?

I have received three calls this week stating that problem.

A few reasons, why our 9E program, has been an unbelievable success!!!!

Oh, a note: all 3 of those men love their new 9E width shoes!!

All so what is so important about those FREE 3 sets of inserts

First, we are the only site on the internet that offers 3 sets FREE!!!

Second, if your feet hurt on the bottom, it is because they lack of support and this is what these heat moldable customized inserts do for your feet.

More foundation and they mold to the plantar(bottom) of your foot and creates that maximum support, balance, and comfort.

The question I get is “what does this have to do with the working environment?”

Besides this being an interesting story and you as a reader to understand the need of proper length and width for your feet to be 100 percent comfortable.

The fewer distractions and the better health, in your life, the more output and outlook you’ll have towards life and especially towards work.

Meaning that you gain a better status in your working environment, and your total daily production is not at risk.

If your shoe is too large, too tight, too heavy (in weight), no support, wow what a comfort problem!!

Then you have an injured employee, and production is the guarantee to be at a lower rate!

Health is the number one priority for any person but especially a person who has diabetes or has foot conditions.

We also want to create the proper health for your feet, and this will occur by proper footwear and the correct inserts.

This following information, you’ll be reading, is what is needed to obtain this perfect health for your feet.

Now, if we can get you in the proper footwear!

Hopefully, you’ll allow these two items to be part of your lifestyle and what a significant change to your way of life.

These things will be working towards this success in keeping the disease out of your feet.

We, at, can show you the proper footwear and the need to have the proper inserts to maintain this diabetes out of your feet.

Footwear as to have fashion (that we have) but the shoe is to control upper support.

Then,  off-load any problems that you have at the top of your foot.

Now, if you have problems, on the bottom of your feet?

It is the job of the properly removable insert to correct these issues.

Everybody feels that it is the shoe that solves all the problems!

For a person with diabetes or an individual who has major foot problems and that is not true.

It takes two majors elements to off-loading, corrections:

Significant added support and develops combined circulation

Which needs to keep this disease out of your feet.

All diabetic shoes need not have inside seams to create irritation.

Number one item:

Proper shoes need to be a Therapeutic/Comfort (please!), not Comfort shoes (that many diabetic suppliers furnish in this business today).

Number two:

Customized Heat Moldable Plastazote Insert.

Beside excellent support, added off-loading advantages, develop a better balance for walking or running.

Then,  added two percent that raises the temperature of the bottom of your feet and produces combined circulation to keep the disease out of your feet.

What added pleasures and advantages in just one item.

Oh, yes these inserts are provided, by us, FREE when you purchase a pair of shoes – unbelievable!!!!
