You will receive 0ne to Three sets of “Heat Moldable Customized Inserts” that will already put into your new shoe (not true because some warehouse will leave the insert inside the shoe box or in the packing box. You take all the inserts and spacers out of the shoe and replace with this new insert. If the shoe is tight – then take the new insert out and replace with just the top insert (that usually has a log on the insert). Wear this for a few weeks or what time it takes to break the shoe in. Then take the existing insert out and replace with the new one.

When you received 3 sets – that means you replace the inserts every four months.

The construction of these Heat Moldable Customized Inserts is of 1/8″ thickness of a Thermozote cover. Then a 1/4″ thickness of “Heat Moldable” closed cell EVA base that in turn creates a custom fitting to your bottom of your foot over a period of time. This forming molding procedure, to the plantar of your foot, is created by the external heat source created by your body. This occurrences creates a total contact to the base of the foot and gives you an added support to your foot and offloads those area’s of need – that in turn creates that added comfort
